product selection more difficult. This is why we provide a vast pool of
information on each product that we sell, from material name and texture
to measurements and actual-size images. We encourage you to use this
information when you make a purchase. We are not able to cancel orders once they are placed.
Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
You have 30 days from your order delivery date to report any defective items. Such items will be replaced.
- We do not offer satisfaction returns due to the nature of product usage.
- All returns must be pre-authorized. Please email our customer service department at: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded on unclaimed/refused/undeliverable packages.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Email email@example.com to obtain an RMA number. Please include the following information:
Your order number, name and email address.
Products you wish to return and the reason for the return.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REPLACEMENT AND/OR CREDIT?
Please allow up to 3 business days from the date we receive your package for us to process your credit and/or replacement.
